Ideal candidates will be outgoing, have a passion for customer service and possess a good work ethic. Easy transition from other OEM's and independent shops!

Job Description • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of regular maintenance, keep up with bulletins and required maintenance items, and learn the latest technology • Create excitement about Cadillac service and the Cadillac brand! • Deliver a world-class customer service experience with every customer.

Job Requirements • Automotive technician experience is required • Provide your own tools • Other service experience is a plus • Bring your A-game and positive attitude with you every day • Professional appearance and demeanor • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Valid U.S. Driver's License
