CADILLAC PREMIUM CARE

2019 & 2020 Cadillac Vehicles

Confidence is a lifestyle. Maintaining it with your Cadillac… well, that’s ours. Our certified technicians are trained to help keep your vehicle running in optimum condition for the road ahead. All 2019 (or newer) vehicles come equipped with Cadillac Premium Care. Services include:

  • Oil and Filter Change
  • Tire Rotation
  • Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI)
  • Warranty Coverage – a 4-Year/50,000-Mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty and 6-Year/70,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.
  • Additional Protection – 6-Year/70,000-Mile Roadside Assistance and 6-Year/70,000-Mile Courtesy Transportation.

Also, enjoy 2 years of OnStar Safety & Security Plan coverage and a limited Cadillac Connected Services trial, plus 3 months or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first).

2017 & 2018 Cadillac Vehicles

All 2017 and 2018 Cadillac vehicles (excluding 2017 XT5) include select maintenance services for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Services include:

  • Oil changes based on your vehicle’s Oil Life Monitoring System
  • Engine Air Cleaner Filter replacement (ATS-V only)
  • Passenger Compartment Air Filter replacement
  • Tire rotation every 7,500 miles
  • Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI)

Eligible model-year 2018 vehicles will receive 1 year of OnStar Safety & Security Plan coverage and a limited Cadillac Connected Services trial, plus 3 months or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first).

Properly equipped model year 2015 and newer vehicles will receive 1 month of OnStar Safety & Security coverage, 1-month trial of Cadillac Connected Services, and 1 month or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first).

2017 XT5 & All 2011-2016

2017 XT5 and 2011-2016 Cadillac vehicles cover select maintenance services for 4 years or 50,000 miles. Services include:

  • Oil changes based on your vehicle’s Cadillac Oil Life Monitor System
  • Engine Air Cleaner Filter replacement (ATS-V only)

PREMIUM CARE MAINTENANCE

A maintenance program that provides more piece of mind by covering select maintenance services. 2017 and 2018 Cadillac vehicles, with the exception of the 2017 Cadillac XT5, are covered for 3-years or 36,000 miles1. The 2017 Cadillac XT5 and all 2011 to 2016 Cadillac vehicles are covered for 4-years or 50,000-miles1. The Premium Care Maintenance Program is fully transferrable.

WARRANTY PROTECTION

The Cadillac 6-year or 70,000-mile1 Powertrain Warranty offers more years and miles standard than BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi. In addition, our 4-year or 50,000-mile1 bumper-to-bumper warranty covers repairs on your entire vehicle, including parts and labor, to correct any concerns in materials or workmanship.

DIAGNOSTICS BY ONSTAR

With the most comprehensive advanced diagnostics, maintaining your Cadillac can be as simple as checking your email or OnStar RemoteLink mobile app.2

CONNECTIONS BY ONSTAR

OnStar allows you to make and receive Hands-Free Calling5 safely in your Cadillac. Available OnStar with 4G LTE and built-in Wi-Fi® hotspot6 is capable of supporting seven mobile devices at once, and utilizes a high-speed, highly reliable 4G LTE connection to help you stay better connected to the world around you.

EMERGENCY BY ONSTAR

In a crash, built-in sensors can automatically alert a specially trained OnStar Advisor who is immediately connected into your Cadillac to see if you need help sent to your exact location.3

SECURITY BY ONSTAR

OnStar can use GPS technology to help authorities quickly locate and recover your stolen vehicle, and can even send a remote signal to gradually slow down your vehicle to aid in its recovery.4

NAVIGATION BY ONSTAR

An OnStar Advisor can download turn-by-turn directions to your Cadillac. A voice will then call out every turn, or the directions can be sent to your navigation system, if equipped.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Cadillac has standard Roadside Assistance services for 6 years or 70,000 miles1. This 24/7 program provides lockout, towing, refueling, Dealer Technician Roadside services and more. If your vehicle is equipped with an active OnStar subscription, simply press the blue button for assistance. If not, please call 1-800-224-1400 for roadside service.

COURTESY TRANSPORTATION

The Cadillac Courtesy Transportation program provides alternative means of travel and/or reimbursement of certain transportation expenses if your Cadillac requires warranty repairs within 6 years1 or 70,000 miles1.

PREMIUM CONCIERGE

Your time is precious. That is why Cadillac now offers door-to-door Premium Concierge Service. You can choose to receive your new vehicle at home, at your business or another location of your choosing. You also have the opportunity to have your vehicle picked up and returned to you when it requires service or maintenance. Simply make an appointment online or by calling your dealership.

FOLLOW-UP VEHICLE ORIENTATION

You've covered the basics, now take a closer look. A Follow-up Vehicle Orientation ensures you get the most out of your new Cadillac's features - wherever and whenever you want. After you've become familiar with your vehicle, schedule a Follow-Up Vehicle Orientation directly from your dealership's website to have your questions answered and begin to master the advanced technologies in your new Cadillac.
